General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company’s services and materials. By purchasing an item from www.christmasandmore.co.uk you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions

The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect the customers statutory rights.

The display of goods on the Christmas & More website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Christmas & More unless, and until, an email is sent by us to you confirming that your order has been despatched.

This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Christmas & More of your offer to buy goods or services from Christmas & More and this acceptance is effective of whether or not you receive the email.

Christmas & More are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice, Christmas & More reserves the right to alter prices and specifications at any time without prior notice.

Check-Out instructions

To make your purchase a s simple and as easy as possible, please add the items to your shopping basket, then follow the easy checkout instructions. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Payment Terms

We accept online payment by PayPal or Credit or Debit card only. No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company and such funds are cleared.

You will be kept informed of the progress of your order. Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier and rely on them to attain the target delivery time. We do supply contact details for the carrier upon the order being dispatched. Please contact our store if you need to chase a delivery.


Fast delivery on all items to mainland UK addresses (please note we do not ship to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses) Our usual delivery time shall be 3-5 working days from dispatch unless a specific delivery time is stated within the item description. Areas of Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK offshore Islands may incur a postage surcharge (please ask before purchasing)

Overseas deliveries may take longer than 5 days


All goods sold at Christmas & More are covered by distance selling regulations i.e.this allows for a 14 day cooling off period during which time you may cancel your order by contacting us in writing by email or letter up to and including the 14th day after you have received the goods.

Refunds & Returns

Goods must be returned to Christmas & More within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange which will only be given providing the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging.

We are happy to refund orders that meet these guidelines but we do not refund postage/delivery costs. If items are ordered in error by the customer all postage must be paid for by the customer including replacement items.

No item for return can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.

Damaged Goods

All damages must be reported within 24 hrs and a photograph of the damaged goods should be submitted where possible.

Please retain all packaging as items must be returned in their original packaging.

Christmas & More is providing this site and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Christmas & More disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition Christmas & More does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Christmas & More nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct or inconsequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties.

We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to damage to the product by the customer.

Christmas & More does not accept responsibility for loss or damage incurred through the inappropriate or incorrect use of the products.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure prices, descriptions, images and all other information is correct, we reserve the right to amend/delete any information as required.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in terms

Christmas & More reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the data and time of posting on the Christmas & More website.
